Dubai's public reserved a heroes's welcome to Iraq's Nationnal Team, the champion of the 14 version of the AFC Asian Cup, comming from Bangkok Thailland's capital yesterday, after an invitation from Mohammed Ben Rached Al Maktoom, UAE's vice-president and Dubai's governor, who sent his private plane to Bangkok for transport the Iraqis heroes.
The Lions arrived in Al Ahlee club's hall in Dubai comming from airport in a big march between Iraqis public in UAE and all Iraq's team fans there, present in big numbers to welcome the news asian Arab champion.
Mr.Mohammed Ben Rached ordred to give 5,5 M dollars to the Iraq's NT cause "He showed the Arab people's abillity to challange dificulties and make success and present an exemplary image of to give for homland"
Mr.Abd-Arahman Al-Awees Culture Mininstre and Mr.Macktoom Ben Mohammed Ben Al-Macktoom was present, the last asserted that celebration in honour of Iraq's NT is in praise of players's efforts and "Their struggle to realize this footballing victory in spite of Iraq's unnatural circumstances."
Mr.Hassan Saïd,Iraq's Football Confediration's president, complimented this initiative asserting that Iraq represented Arabs in the AFC Asian cup , and his success is their too.
Nashat Akram wished that celebration was in Iraq's land and like his teammate, he was so sad cause they couldn't celebrate this victory in Baghdad and the rest of Iraq's cities.
